Method’s roster of 40+ World of Warcraft Players will be leveraging the experience of WoW’s Top Speedrunners by utilising RestedXP Guides.

With the release of Vault of the Incarnates Heroic & Mythic Tiers releasing on the 13th December, players within Method have only two weeks from the release of Dragonflight until one of the longest Esports events in the gaming ecosystem.
As such, Method Players are reliant on reducing their time spent leveling to accumulate Pre-Raid Best-in-Slot Gear, work on professions, stockpile as many consumables as possible for the marathon ahead and ensure that their characters are in the best position to progress through the Eight Bosses the Vault of the Incarnates has in-store for them.
To minimize their downtime, Method players will be taking advantage of RestedXP leveling Guides as they grind their way to Level 70 through the most optimized routes and mechanics in the Dragon Isles.

RXP Base Addon Changelog
A new function has been added which allows users to destroy the cheapest gray item in their inventory. This is particularly useful when leveling fresh characters on Classic Era realms. This option can be turned on in the addon options. Additionally, addon settings are now saved and reused on new characters if the default profile has been selected, including frame positions.
RXP Season of Discovery Speedrun Guide Changelog
The Season of Discovery guides have continued to receive further overhauls as Blizzard has continued to increase the XP rate during leveling, which has required the removal of a lot of quests / zones in the leveling guide. New runes which have also been added in Phase 3 have all been added to the Rune Guide.
RXP Cataclysm Speedrun Guide Changelog
Tol Barad daily quests have been added to the base addon. To access them right-click on the RestedXP window and select “Activate the Gold Assistant mode” then select the Tol Barad guide.
Level 1-80:
Leveling from 1 to 80 has now been updated to factor in heirlooms for both Horde and Alliance. If you overlevel a zone your guide will now skip ahead and direct you to the next zone. Please keep in mind that Cataclysm leveling is very linear, and that at any point if you’ve drastically overleveled the current guide you are on, you can simply select a new guide and head to that zone.

This is a guide and addon update, if you installed the 1-60 guide previously, please re-download and re-import the guides. This update includes multiple fixes for 1-60 Dragonflight. Thank you for all of your reports.

We will be releasing an alternative version of the 60-70 Threads of Fate guides that supports multiboxing shortly before launch, it needs some more polish and wasn’t worth delaying everyone’s beta tests for.

We also have a handful of WotLK fixes in this update, so WotLK users please re-download and reimport your guides as well. The version number will still be version 12.

The new ultra-fast leveling guide.

To get the best result from our World of Warcraft The Burning Crusade Classic Speedleveling Guide, it takes more than just taking the fastest route. We’ll show you how to play your class most effectively with our guide.
Leveling a druid is a balancing act between spending your mana in caster while getting value from your feral forms. Because of your ability to heal you will have low downtime compared to other classes and will rarely have to drink & eat.
Initially you will start out as a melee / caster hybrid. To maximize your efficiency and damage cast moonfire only after completing a melee swing – as it will reset your swing timer.
During these levels you will mainly be in bear form and will conserve your mana to heal up between pulls. Against tougher mobs or if you need to burst a target you can open with wrath/moonfire before shifting to bear.
Only use Rip finisher if you can get about 2 thirds of its full duration – otherwise it’s more efficient to just use Ferocious Bite.
You can also use rip, pull another mob and let rip run to its full duration on your initial target while you kill your new target.
In TBC you no longer lose combo points by switching targets, so if your damage over time abilities are not quite enough to finish off a mob, you can switch targets, finish them with normal auto attacks and you won’t lose combo points on your other target.
Rake doesn’t scale very well with gear, as you get better gear this spell becomes useless, it’s a very useful spell under level 40 if you don’t have twink gear.
At level 50, mangle becomes your primary combo point builder. It provides the most damage per energy while providing a substantial dps boost. This will carry you all the way to 70.
